Okay, so, I have a basic knowledge of fitness/weight lifting terms, but know very little about bodybuilding, so hopefully I didn’t screw up English terminology too bad.

Almost all of the ridiculous-sounding stuff in parenthesis are canned words of encouragement used in bodybuilding. I don’t think there’s really English equivalents, so I just translated them as well as I could, with the help of this site when the intended meaning was unclear.
